My out-of-state mother was here for a visit and she was having difficulty with her hearing aids. We stopped into the Standale office, as it is close to our home. Maggie approached us and asked how she could assist us. When I told her the situation, she asked to see my mom and did an evaluation, cleaning and recommendation going forward in the care of her devices. She was absolutely fantastic! Patient and warm with my 92yo mother, she answered all of her questions.
I was so touched by the outreach of Maggie! Just a graciously warm and helpful soul. What absolute luck to have been treated by her.
