All New Starkey Hearing Aids Include a Manufacturer Warranty
Every new Starkey hearing aid comes with warranty coverage that includes:
- Repairs for internal electronic issues
- Fixes for any external physical damage that can be repaired
- A one-time remake within the first 90 days of the hearing aid doesn’t fit properly

Starkey offers Worry-Free Warranty coverage for the hearing aid purchased within the last 5 years. As long as your devices are in good working order, this plan helps safeguard you from unexpected problems like breakdowns, damage, and even loss.
Extended Worry-Free Warranties:
You can extend warranty coverage of your devices—through the 5th year from the original purchase date (plus a brief grace period for fitting time).
- Worry-Free Deluxe Loss, Damage and Repair Protection – This warranty is the most comprehensive coverage available for your Starkey devices. It includes repair protection due to internal component failure, external repairable damage and one-time replacement due to loss, theft or damage.
- Worry-Free Loss and Damage Protection – This warranty provides for a one-time replacement for loss, theft, or damage and is for any make or model hearing aid that is in proper operating condition at the time of warranty purchase.
- Worry-Free Repair Protection – This warranty is for all Starkey makes and models. It protects for repair due to internal component failure. Hearing aids must be in proper operating condition at the time of warranty purchase.
Loss and Damage coverage is limited to one replacement per device per warranty, with a maximum of two replacements per device over its lifetime.
During in office discussion, we will cover time period and possible fees. Note that this is a one time replacement.
