I had a very nice experience. I spoke with the owner, Becky K, for about ten minutes to start with. I have known her for many years so it was nice to chat and catch up. I met with Dr Daniel. She is a great listener, asked good questions and described the technologies behind the hearing aids to help me decide which hearing aid will work best for me. It was a joy to work with a real audiologist who was very knowledgeable. She also fixed my back up hearing aids for 1/3 what another hearing aid establishment quoted. I was totally satisfied with my visit. The front desk assistant was also very helpful. I have recommended Kaczmarski Hearing services to many others. I will continue to do so in the future.

Went in to drop off a hearing aid, in need of repair, at the West River Dr. office in Belmont. Maggie took a thorough look at it, and then said that if I had a few minutes she could make the repair while I waited. After making the repair, she tested and cleaned both my other hearing aid and the one she had repaired. She then ensured that the fit was still good, and discussed the new Soundgear protection aides after I had mentioned that I would be shooting at a fundraiser later this week. She was most pleasant and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately there are some organizations that attempt to take advantage of us in our weakened state, with under-trained technicians focused on”making the sale” and inferior products. My grandmother is 97 years old. She had a hearing aid over 20 years ago. She stopped wearing it for a reason she can not even recall. She thinks it was because the batteries ran out and it whistled. Well, after all of this time she finally agreed to let me take her in for a new test. Im so happy that we connected with Dr. Burton. In the interest of brevity, she was awesome! Kind, patient, caring and knowledgeable. We ordered a hearing aid for my grandmother and the improvement in her ability to converse was immediate. Now, if she will stick with it and take the time to get used to it, I think her life will be greatly enhanced. WOW! I am a 30 something man with a family and busy real estate career. I was suffering with Tinnitus, I came to Kaczmarski to see what they could do. When she said “Hearing Aids” I thought, great I am now OLD!WRONG! I have had the “hearing aids” for a month or so now, and my life has changed! It’s been a year now since I got my hearing aids and they have made a big improvement in my life. Early on we decided that the original aids that I got were not as effective as I needed and Emily recommended a different brand that were more comfortable and helped my hearing issues more. The staff at Kaczmarski are very helpful and caring and so patient as you work through the transition to using hearing aids. The most important person that I need to communicate with is my spouse. Successful communication is important in any relationship and my wife is at the top of the list. My new Widex Fusion BiCros hearing aids are instrumental to the success of our communication. Whether in the car, at home listening to TV or other challenging environments, my new hearing aids significantly improve my ability to hear and understand what is being said. My last hearing aids were 7 years old and due to be replaced. I tried the latest model made by that manufacturer and, after a trial period, preferred the Widex performance over those. I was having issues with ear ringing, Tinnitus in my ears. I called and your receptionist scheduled me with Terry Alsum. After my hearing test, I was astonished to learn that my hearing had diminished by 50%. It was shocking and overwhelming. Terry took her time to explain the hearing aids to me along with pricing. When I went back for my fitting, she did a great job of explaining how to install and care for my appliances.
